Like all of you, Applied Handling, Inc. continues to deal with the wide range of issues related to COVID-19 (coronavirus). This said, we want to assure that our offices are working remotely and the services we provide won’t be interrupted. Our entire team is fully equipped to address your needs. Applied Handling takes its responsibility to maintain service to our customers during crisis situations very seriously. As the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) continues to spread, Applied Handling has implemented pre-established business continuity and pandemic contingency plans, working in accordance with guidelines set by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Our Pandemic Emergency plan allows for a seamless transition in the way we conduct business in this time of uncertainty. While providing for the health and safety of our employees we can continue to respond to all your material handling needs. We are cognizant of the provisions in the National Emergency Declaration Expansion, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and Emergency Declarations from the Governor of Michigan.
Based on our understanding of these provisions, our Service Technicians are available to perform service and repairs for all “essential businesses” as defined under these provisions. Our employees will take all the recommended and necessary precautions as defined by the CDC to protect themselves and your employees.
During this difficult time we want to express our appreciation for the opportunity to work with you and your organization knowing we’ll get through this together.
