Problem: Due to concerns about security at their facility; the customer asked Applied Handling for a fast & economical solution to separate a maintenance area from the plant floor. The separation had to include a large entry way for vehicles and pedestrians.

Solution:  Applied Handling installed a 50’ Portafab  wall unit including custom fabrication of a four-fold door large enough for vehicles to drive through. The opening can be latched for extra security.  Windows on the freestanding panels give employees the ability to see both areas of the facility.
